Prediction

Prediction is a magic effect in Mentalism. It can be performed in many different ways. The magician-mentalist either shows the prediction to the audience in advance (Open Prediction), for example in an envelope or with a playing card placed face-down, or reveals it after the spectators have made their choices (Closed Prediction), for example by taking it out of their wallet.
