Order Processing – Price Policy
Orders are accepted and shipments are made only within Greece and the countries listed in the shipping countries in the lists of the online store. Orders are executed during business hours (12:00am – 7:00pm) except Sundays and holidays.
The indicated prices of the products are the final prices (i.e. VAT is included). magictricks.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. Of course, the customer always pays at the time of receipt of the goods, the price which was indicated in the relevant price lists for this product at the time of ordering.
Order confirmation
After the user/customer has placed an order, the Company will contact the latter by e-mail (at the e-mail address indicated by the customer) and/or telephone number to confirm the purchase.
Product availability
If any of the goods ordered by a customer are not available, the Company will contact the customer by e-mail and/or telephone within a reasonable period of time after placing the order, in order to inform the customer of the possible time of delivery. In this case, he has the possibility, if it is deemed that this time period does not satisfy him, to request the cancellation of the order of the product in question. Any other order may be carried out as normal.
Receipt of Order
The delivery of the product is made only to the buyer and requires the presentation to the courier of the original identity card or passport of the person requesting the order and the recording of his/her personal data.
After the signature – acceptance by the customer-recipient of the relevant Delivery Note, it will not be possible to acknowledge any disputes concerning the delivery.
Delivery of Products
Delivery is made within 1-7 working days from the day of the order and depends on the availability of the products. In exceptional cases and if the customer has been previously informed, the delivery time may be extended.
Return of Products
You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 7 days of receipt without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products. In order for a return to be accepted you must:
a) the products must not have been used; and
b) the products must not have been used; b) they must be returned with the retail receipt.
Your refund will be made immediately from the date we receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the cost of returning the products. Cancellation of the Order
Cancellation of an order can be made prior to the date of shipment by our company.
