The Tally-Ho deck was issued in 1885 and is still sold today. This famous brand was originally a product of Andrew Dougherty, one of the first American card makers, introduced in 1885, the same year that the Bicycle was issued by the USPCC.
The expression “tally-ho” is largely a British expression from fox hunting, and was said when a hunter saw a fox.
